Lacey Police Arrest Pennsylvania Man For Drunk Driving

Thang Nguyen also faces motor vehicle charges

A Pennsylvania man is facing drunk driving and other motor vehicle charges after police stopped him at 10:40 p.m. on April 6, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Charles May conducted the stop on Lacey Road near Newark Avenue in Forked River. He arrested and charged Thang Nguyen, 51, Lansdowne, PA for driving under the influence, the chief said.

His vehicle was impounded as per John’s Law. Nguyen was transported to police headquarters, processed, and issued motor vehicle summons for DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to signal, Paprota said.
