Middleweight boxer Theodore Mannschreck was charged with DWI and reckless driving after police responded to his second motor vehicle accident in four months
Former middleweight boxing pro Theodore Mannschreck was once again charged with driving while intoxicated, police said. Police responded to a motorcycle accident at Townsend Marina at 11:20 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 10. Mannshreck, 60, of Beachwood was allegedly traveling on East Lacey Road when his motorcycle left the roadway and entered the parking lot of the marina, police said. Mannshreck allegedly lost control, police said. The motorcycle was pinned on top of him and a witness removed the vehicle from on top of him. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and received tickets for DWI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane.
