1. Today is Albert Music Hall’s 34th annual Ocean County Bluegrass Festival in Waretown from 12 until 5 p.m. Adult admission is $8 and $1 for children. 2. The Super Plunge, sponsored by St. Francis Community Center, is at 1 p.m. in Brant Beach. Prizes will be awarded for the most funds raised, oldest and youngest plunger, best costume and more. 1. The 27th Annual Art and Decoy Festival will be held at Central Regional High School from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in Bayville. There will be Wild fowl and fish carvings, antique decoys, fish sculptures, wildlife artwork, life size and miniature artwork, maritime artwork, seminars, competition divisions, museum & environmental exhibits.
