Cheaper Gas is at Your Fingertips

Lacey gas prices fall under state and county averages.

Do you waste gas driving around looking for the cheapest gas? Well look no further then your backyard. Most Lacey Township gas stations fall under both the county and state average with gas prices ranging from $2.91 to $2.95 for regular unleaded gas.   Gas in New Jersey recently hit an average of $3.00 per gallon while Ocean and Monmouth Counties come in at $2.99 per gallon of regular unleaded gas, according to AAA's Fuel Gauge Report. This is a two-cent increase from last week, and an increase of 48 cents from one year ago. "It's an unwelcome membership to an expensive club," said AAA Mid-Atlantic spokesman Tracy Noble in a statement.
