I've known this girl and her family for over 10 years. They've always been a disaster. ThisRead More "girl" is disgusting, and that's not because of her family its because of HER. That warrant she was hiding, is because 3 years ago she burglarized my car and stole money and belongings and was caught and sent to jail, and when she couldn't come up with the funds to replace what was stolen she was sentenced to a drug probation program which she failed the first pee test. She's scum and this is where she belongs. Karma is a Bitch. Too bad so sad :) and Berkley haha i would've happily been THAT grim reaper.

I would think that if Piero actually depends on his salary and benefits from his public worker jobRead More he would have serious concerns about an overly ambitious, opportunistic and out of control politician who is AGAIN cheaply and unfairly targeting middle class public workers in his state in order to score some national recognition points from Republican extremists. And as corporate, non-executive employees in this country have been increasingly treated unfairly for years with their CEO's pay continue to explode upward as their pay is remains stagnant and their benefits shrink, that shouldn't mean that public workers should also accept that same fate. Non-executive corporate employees have to also learn to unionize and organize to stand up to the continuing mistreatment.

In case anyone is wondering why this checkpoint was announced, it's because legally, it has to be,Read More otherwise it's a violation for the Fourth Amendment. If you would like to know more, you can do some research into Michigan State Police v Sitz (1990). Long and short of it is that random check points really can't be random. They must announced with a time, place, purpose, and duration ahead of time in local media (like Patch), and must be clearly marked by signage ahead of the actual check point. If you don't like it, I suggest you write your representative and suggest he/she propose a repeal or alteration of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

http://womenandpolicing.com/violencefs.asp Two studies have found that at least 40% of policeRead More officer families experience domestic violence, (1, 2) in contrast to 10% of families in the general population.(3) A third study of older and more experienced officers found a rate of 24% (4), indicating that domestic violence is 2-4 times more common among police families than American families in general. A police department that has domestic violence offenders among its ranks will not effectively serve and protect victims in the community.5, 6, 7, 8 Moreover, when officers know of domestic violence committed by their colleagues and seek to protect them by covering it up, they expose the department to civil liability.7 Amazing statistics that they DO NOT want you to see.

I worked for the school for 16 years and my $651 a month is very important to me. I paid into itRead More and it was part of my pay when it was matched. If you think losing something that is meager enough as it is, is fair and just. Our Fat governor stole my pension money. He should go to jail for the crimes against the citizens of New Jersey. From the CDC website: "What are the symptoms of CO poisoning? The most common symptoms of CORead More poisoning are headache, dizziness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, and confusion. High levels of CO inhalation can cause loss of consciousness and death. Unless suspected, CO poisoning can be difficult to diagnose because the symptoms mimic other illnesses. People who are sleeping or intoxicated can die from CO poisoning before ever experiencing symptoms." That dog was not asleep nor intoxicated. The dog was awake, alert, in a panic, confused, and probably experiencing chest pain, choking, and a burning throat and lungs as well. GFU Phil.

To Murder: noun 1. Law. the killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered inRead More law.
