FRIDAY - Mold Awareness Class offered by Rutgers University through the Ocean County Health Department, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Community Hall, Route 9 and East Lacey Road. Learn how to deal with post-Sandy conditions.

SATURDAY - Ocean Gate town-wide garage sale
, Ocean Gate.

SATURDAY - Night of the Stars, 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., Jakes Branch County Park, 500 Double Trouble Road, Beachwood. Members of the Astronomical Society of the Toms River Area (A.S.T.R.A.) will be on hand to help stargazers. No registration required. Feel free to bring your own telescope.
