The Change Program for Weight Loss
This program provides 10 weeks of semi-private training and nutritional instruction for a total of 30 sessions. Lose weight and gain self esteem. Exploring all areas of fitness: walking excursions, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, weight training, and more. This program is designed for teens looking to change their lifestyle. Ages 13-18. Fee is $295.
