The Women’s Club of the FRTC will be hosting their 19th Annual fishing tournament on Saturday, July 21, 2012. Entry fees are- Adults, $30, Mermaid division, girls 12 years or younger, $15. Our goal is to encourage and promote recreational fishing as well as to increase awareness of our beautiful natural resources in Ocean County.
The women’s division (Fluke and Bluefish) will offer a $300 first place prize, $150 second place prize, and $75 third place prize in each category. The Mermaid division (Fluke, bluefish and crabs) will offer prizes and awards in each category. Mermaids registering early will be guaranteed a “Mermaid Basket”.
There will be drawings for Early Entry, $100 (deadline July 1) and an “All Women” boat, $100. Adults interested in joining club members on a Party boat should contact Kathi, 908-216-6058.
