Fitness Boot Camp
Will you be a little sore after class? Yes. Do you want to get into shape or stay that way? Of course! Be all you want to or used to be. You can expect a mix of timed strength training and aerobic elements such as push-ups, lunges, jump rope, jacks, drills, line touches, burpees, crunches, etc.
Fitness Boot Camp may not be for everyone. But if your looking for a high energy workout that offers variety and camaraderie, this may be just what you need.
Partial proceeds collected for any class held at Lanoka Harbor School Gym will be donated to school PTO
