An advertisement was put out just over two weeks ago by the NJSBA. The school district’s deadline for candidates to submit applications is Monday, Aug. 15, with the hopes of having a new superintendent in place for the upcoming school year.

The position does not have a set pay range as it depends on each candidate and their qualifications, said Jack Martenak, president of the Board of Education.

With enrollment estimated at 3,900, the new superintendent's pay will be capped at $165,000.

The input session will be held in the Lacey Township High School Lecture Hall at 7 p.m.
