The school board will be approving the annual maintenance plan as well as a change in job description for the secretary to the superintendent

The agenda, which is attached as a PDF, includes the approval of the annual maintenance plan. The anticipated budget amount for the 2013-14 fiscal year is $1,668,536. From 2003 through 2013, the district will have spent $8,045,475 on maintenance.

Also on the agenda is the change of the secretary to the superintendent of schools’ job description. Teresa McCarron will be replacing Arlene Petocz as the Confidential Secretary to the Superintendent with a salary of $43,000 pro-rated. For the 2010-11 school year, Petocz made $49,988.

McCarron’s job goal, according to the job description, will be to serve as the superintendent’s confidential secretary and coordinate school-level and district wide administrative activities. The job description is attached to the agenda.
