Parents to Meet Teachers, Coaches, Advisors at Back to School Night

Lacey Township High School will hold Back to School Night on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 6:30 p.m.

School has been in session for nearly a month and it’s time for parents to meet the teachers. Lacey Township High School will be holding their back to school night on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 6:30 p.m.

Parents will have the opportunity to follow their children’s schedule according to shortened periods, Principal William Zylinski said.

“It gives the parents the opportunity to see the face behind the grade,” Zylinski said.

The teachers will provide the parents with an overview of the class and answer any questions, he said.

The school district will also present an activity period, Zylinski said. Coaches and club advisors will have rooms set up to meet with parents so they can encourage their children to get involved in co-curricular activities.

Parents will also be able to meet with the Parent Teacher Student Association, the Booster Association and Friends of Lacey Music.

Refreshments will be served by the PTSA. Both the PTSA and the Booster Association will be accepting membership applications in the cafeteria.
