Because they're too dumb to call last night so they call when everyone is getting ready to leave.... idiots of lacey township

Dr. Brower proved that she does not care about the students, parents, and staff of the Lacey Twp. Schools by waiting until 8:07 to put out the closing phone call. There was easily 5 inches of snow on the ground at that point, no roads are plowed, and every other surrounding district had already called their closings for quite a while. Way to think of the residents of this town, as always.

THIS is what you choose as an example of Dr. Brower not caring about Lacey? ::face/palm:: Okay, that aside. I think perhaps, in defense, this wasn't called last night because there have been so many 'false alarms' this winter... 'major storms' that didn't really touch Lacey. But it was NOT acceptable that the final call wasn't made until after the hour that many staffers were well on their way to work, and many parents had made day-care arrangements before they, themselves, trudged off to work. THAT said, everyone be safe and have a good St. Patty's day.

You're right Clementine Snide. I should have said "further proof that Dr Brower does not care". Just one more example to add to the list with her.

My mother woke me up to get ready (I'm a Freshman at the High School) and was like: no way it's STILL snowing. I just waited until the call was made.
