LOCATION CHANGE: Marines Storm Seaside Park Beach For A Cause

Written by the event's organizers:

Twelve Marines from McGuire/Ft. Dix will storm Seaside Park on Thursday to deliver the first official Seaside Semper Five race t-shirt to Seaside Park Mayor Robert Matthies.

As part of the ceremony, Mayor Matthies will reveal the new race logo and officially proclaim September 13th as Semper Five Day throughout Seaside Park.  The Marines will then run the official race route – on the boardwalk and along the ocean – carrying the United States Flag.
