The Lacey Township Recreation Department is currently taking registration for its winter classes and programs. Why squander money on frivolous gifts when you can give the gift of recreation for the Holidays. There are many ways to give the gift of recreation during this Holiday Season while helping to make a long-lasting memory. The gift of recreation comes in all packages for all ages, genders and interests.

The “Mommy Makeover” package is offered for a low cost of $199 that offers and unlimited 8 week pass to all sessions on the Befit NJ, fitness assessment, before and after photo, manicure and a pedicure, 45 minute massage and an all mommy makeover partakers will also include you in a raffle that is valued at $89.00 and will extend your unlimited sessions.

The “Learn Yoga” class is for the beginner or someone who simply wants to refine there skills concentrating on core strengthening, flexibility and your overall health and wellbeing. This class also offers childcare for the parents. The fee for this class is $64 for each week’s series or you could purchase all three for $180 and drop INS per class are $10.00. This Yoga class now offers a 10-class punch card available for purchase that never expires designed for your convenience.

We also offer a high-energy class, Zumba with Diane. This class involves great Latin and International styles of music and dance. Zumba with Diane is designed for beginners through intermediate levels and is great for everyone to join in. this class is offered for a low fee of $40.00 and drop INS are $4.00. This class also has the 10-class punch card that doesn’t expire and is available for purchase. This is a great gift idea for anyone who enjoys Zumba.

A great gift idea for a child is the gift of creative freedom.  We offered all types of Art classes that would unlock the creative spirit of our youth and provide them the skills necessary to create their own masterpieces.  Our art program is fully customizable with courses that teach a little about all types of media and techniques as well as classes designed in the following specific areas; watercolors, acrylics, drawing, and pastels.  For a complete list of our programs and trips please download our fall brochure at www.laceytownship.org .

Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis at the Recreation Department office.  The Lacey Township Recreation Department is located at 818 Lacey Road, directly behind the Police Department, and is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
