Two women were indicted on drug charges last week stemming from a September arrest in Wall Township, according to the indictment.
Theresa A. Albanese, 30, of Bayville and Rebecca Barrett, 33, of Forked River were indicted by a grand jury Thursday on possession of cocaine and heroin charged from a September 19 arrest in Wall, the indictments say.
No other details of the arrest were immediately available.
Although I am hugely conservative and am not real big on govt intrusion in our lives I do not think hard drugs are not a problem or should be legal in any way. In fact they are the ROOT of most crimes and felonies against people. When people are out of their mind they do crazy shit. Nut jobs included. We already have enough of a problem with mentally ill people. We dont need people making themselves that way. And yes, I see your point about jails. But I dont know the solution for that. I know it aint to let hard drugs be legal or give them a pass. Yes, we can try and help them more too.
yeah just what this town needs more a holes on H driving around and robbing homes
That's what the law says I for one would rather pay for them to be in jail then paying for a funeral because some junky thinks its his or her constitutional right to drive around wasted
