Two Lanoka Harbor Men Indicted For Burglary Of Lacey Liquors

Three other Lacey residents indicted for intent to distribute drugs

Two Lacey men are accused of in Lacey Township on April 4 and doing more than $500 worth of damage once they were inside, according to an indictment voted by an Ocean County grand jury.

Accused of burglary were Michael J. Cannito, 18, of Beach Blvd., and Benjamin J. Hunt, 20, of Briar Road. A third man, Kyle P. Pianetti, 19, of Briar road, is accused of criminal mischief for damaging the property of Lacey Liquors and downer Sal Procellini.

The grand jury also indicted:

Darron Garabo, 23, of Mobile Lane, Toms River, for conspiring to steal catalytic converters from Toyota vehicles by driving an unidentified co-conspirator to remove the exhaust system parts from two of them on Aug. 30 in Lacey.

Two Lanoka Harbor residents and 5 people from Bayville for having cocaine in Lacey on Oct. 8. Carl E. Davis, 31, and Raymond K. Dickerson Jr., 40, both of Jacqueline Court, Lanoka Harbor; Jason Demko, 32, of Eisenhower Blvd., Bayville, are charged with having cocaine and planning to distribute it. Davis is accused of distributing the drug twice on Oct. 2. Charged with having the drug are Brendan Marr, 28, of Western Blvd.; Alphonse Stallings, 20, of Pine Tree Drive; Karissa A. Fleming, 21, of Princeton Avenue; and Jill Hernandez, 35, of Wheaton Drive, all of Bayville. Hernandez is also accused of having Oxycodone in Lacey on Oct. 8.

Anthony H. Mennicucci, 29, of Berkshire Court, Toms River, for having and distributing heroin Nov. 18 in Lacey.

John P. Kastner, 38, of Holmes Avenue, Forked River, for having heroin and planning to distribute it Aug. 5 in Ocean Township.

Wayne J. Scheller, address unknown, for 14 counts of failing to legally dispose of thousand of dollars given to him by that number of people in Lacey between March 10 and July 1, 2008.

Jonathan H. Ward, 29, of Cedarhurst Road, Brick, for stealing more than $500 by deception from a Lacey homeowner between March 30 and Sept. 14 by taking her deposit for home improvements and failing to do the work. Ward and Kevin M. Micek, 30, of Taft Drive, Brick, are accused of working as unregistered home improvement contractors during the same time.
