3 Brick Teens Accused of Burglarizing Lacey Nursing and Rehabilitation

Three brick men allegedly stole scrap metal after breaking into Lacey Nursing and Rehab

Three Brick men were arrested on charges of burglarizing the Lacey Nursing and Rehabilitation on Lacey Road in Forked River, police officials said.

Ryan Skolkin, 18, Anthony Napolitano, 18, and Joseph Kirsh, 19, all of Brick were arrested on April 19 by the Lacey Township Police Department after they were caught stealing scrap metal, officials said.

Officer Vincent Meehan was patrolling the area at approximately 3:05 p.m. when he noticed a blue Mazda pickup truck behind the Lacey Nursing and Rehab building. The truck was loaded with ductwork and air handler parts.

Meehan observed the three men, who were loading the truck with the scrap metal. Plywood was torn away from the back of the building so they can enter.

Skolkin, Napolitano, and Kirsh were charged with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief. They were taken to Ocean County Jail with their bail set at $25,000 each.
