Three Arrested On Drug Charges After Report Of CDS Activity In Car
Three township residents were arrested recently after police officers responded to a report of drug activity inside a parked car, Police Chief David Paprota said.
Officers Scott Keefe and Special Officer Travis Horton answered the call at 6:45 p.m. on March 22 in the 400 block of Cedar Drive in Lanoka Harbor, the chief said.
The officers located the car and found three occupants. Further investigation led to the arrests of Eric Moore, 20, Lake Barnegat Drive, Katherine Fagan, 18, Cedar Drive and Frank J. Losardo, 18, of Cedar Drive, the chief said.
Moore and Fagan were both charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle, Paprota said.
Losardo was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle. All three were taken to police headquarters, processed, charged, and released, the chief said.
