Ocean County Man Gets Three Years For Possession of Child Pornography
A Brick man will spend just over three years behind bars for possessing child pornography.
Christopher Seufert, 32, was sentenced to 37 months in federal prison on Tuesday after pleading guilty to one count of possession of child pornography last year before Judge Mary L. Cooper in Trenton.
During the plea proceeding, Seufert admitted he possessed more than 600 images of child pornography on his home computer and e-mailed them to himself for storage purposes.

Seufert acknowledged to authorities that among the images he possessed were photographs which depicted minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct with other minors and adults, including material portraying sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence.
The criminal images were brought to the attention of law enforcement by a tip from America Online, authorities said.
In addition to the prison term, Cooper sentenced Seufert to five years of supervised release with computer monitoring and restricted contact with minors. He must also register as a sex offender.
