Laurel Boulevard Man Charged With Providing Alcohol To Minors

Intoxicated teen found hiding in bushes near party

Lacey police recently charged a Lanoka Harbor man with providing alcohol to underage party goers at his home, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Adam Ewart responded to the 1000 block of Laurel Boulevard in Lanoka Harbor for a report of a suspicious incident involving a person hiding in bushes, at 3:37 a.m. on July 5, the chief said.

Ewart discovered Carissa Henry, 19, of Herkimer Court. He determined that she was attending a party on Laurel Boulevard where she had consumed alcohol. She was charged with underaged consumption of alcohol and released to a relative, Paprota said.

The owner of the Laurel Boulevard residence was identified as 26-year-old Michael Giordano. He was issued a complaint summons for allowing the underage consumption of alcohol at his residence, the chief said.
