Lanoka Harbor Pair Indicted on Shoplifting Charges

Grand juries hand up indictments

Two Lanoka Harbor residents are free on bail and facing shoplifting and receiving stolen property charges.

An Ocean County grand jury last week returned indictments on Douglas A. Dunsmuir and Lillian M. Dunsmuir on charges of shoplifting, two counts of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit shoplifting.

Authorities said the pair stole more than $500 in clothing from Kohl's in Toms River on Sept. 8, with one stealing the items while the other waited in the vehicle as a getaway driver.
