Lacey To Hold "Meet-The-Officers" Day On Saturday

The Lacey Township Police Department is hosting a “Meet-the-Officers” Day event at the Lacey Township Middle School from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

As a component of the 2013-2014 COP Collectible Card program, the youth of Lacey Township and their families are invited to come out to meet and interact with the police officers who serve Lacey Township.

There will be free entertainment, refreshments, face-painting, and prizes along with the opportunity to trade cards, have cards autographed, and interact with the police officers.

The event is free and no registration is required. The doors will open at 10 a.m. and attendees are welcome to come at anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to participate in the event.

The exclusive PBA Card (Card #60) will be available for the first time! The members of the police department hope to see the youth of Lacey at the event. The doors of the Middle School will open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014.

The contest winner assemblies are scheduled during the month of March in the K-8 schools for the awarding of the special prizes. All K-8 students are encouraged to complete their sets of the “COP Collectible” cards to be eligible for the prize drawings.
