Lacey Police Charge Toms River Man With Drunk Driving, Numerous Other Offenses

A Toms River man is facing a number of charges, including driving under the influence, after Lacey police recently arrested him during a motor vehicle stop, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Patrolman Dimitri Tsarnas stopped Kyle Wilson, 24, Sherry Street, Toms River at 12:57 a.m. on April 18 on Beach Boulevard near the intersection of Biscayne Drive for speeding.

An investigation at the scene led to Wilson's arrest for DUI. He was also charged with possession of marijuana, reckless driving, speeding, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and speeding, Paprota said.

Wilson's car was impounded as per John's Law, the chief said.

There are numerous people that speed all day long on Beach Blvd and we all say the same thing.. Where are the police when you need them.. its usuallly the same black car that does this and he will kill someone one day if they dont get him.. please be on the lookout for this guy because he is on more then booze..
