A Beachwood man has been charged with possession of cocaine after police conducted a traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot recently, Police Cheif David a Propota said.

Special officer Travis Horton stopped Scott M. Rosanio, 36, Spray Avenue, at 8:09 p.m. on March 9 in the parking lot off the store on Route 9, the chief said.

Rosanio had an outstanding Waretown traffic warrant of $250. Police discovered cocaine in his possession during the arrest, Paprota said.

He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with driving while on the suspended list, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and failure to exhibit proof of valid insurance, the chief said.

Rosanio was released after posting bail on the warrant, police said.

No pArent is proud !!! But if it's your child you must support them when they do right things and cut them loose when it's the negative behavior. As a parent s. It's not necessary their fault. Peer pressure , curiosity , and being immature sometimes affects their decisions ! And they will suffer the consequences for the rest of their lives ! As a parent you can be proud when they make the right decisions. Even if it's a negative behavior. It's what they do about it
