Lacey Police Charge Beachwood Man With Possession Of Cocaine

Rosanio also facing several motor vehicle charges


A Beachwood man has been charged with possession of cocaine after police conducted a traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot recently, Police Cheif David a Propota said.

Special officer Travis Horton stopped Scott M. Rosanio, 36, Spray Avenue, at 8:09 p.m. on March 9 in the parking lot off the store on Route 9, the chief said.

Rosanio had an outstanding Waretown traffic warrant of $250. Police discovered cocaine in his possession during the arrest, Paprota said.

He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with driving while on the suspended list, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and failure to exhibit proof of valid insurance, the chief said.

Rosanio was released after posting bail on the warrant, police said.
