Lacey Police Arrest Waretown Man For Possession Of Hypodermic Needle, Trespassing
A Waretown man is facing charges of possession of a hypodermic needle and trespassing after Lacey police arrested him at the Wawa story on Route 9 in Forked River, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Officers Charles May and John McKee responded to the store at 8:17 p.m. on July 3 on a trespassing complaint, the chief said.
Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Ryan D. Territo, Pollar Street in Waretown. Store management had previously told Territo that he was not allowed on Wawa property, Paprota said.
Police also found that Territo was in possession of a hypodermic needle. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and released, the chief said.
