Lacey PD: Taylor Lane Home Burglarized

Personal items taken from township home on Monday

Lacey police say a Taylor Lane resident reported a burglary in his home Monday morning.

The resident told police that he left his residence between 9:30 a.m. and 12 noon on Monday, and came home to find that someone had entered and stolen items while he was gone, according to a statement.

There were no signs of forced entry, said Police Chief David A. Paprota, and the homeowner reported that the rear door of the home had been left unlocked.

Various items of personal property were reported stolen from the residence, Paprota said.
