A Lacey man has been indicted on two counts of drug possession and one count of intent to distribute by an Ocean County grand jury.
Kirk Feinstein faces counts of possessing oxycodone and cocaine, as well as possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute the drug, in an incident Oct. 5 in Lacey.
Feinstein was released on a summons.

Also indicted by the grand jury:
- Kayla L. Morgan of Bayville, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, for allegedly having heroin in Lacey on Dec. 28. She was released on a summons.
- Patricia A. Glynn of Forked River, on a count of operating a motor vehicle whild under license suspension for driving under the influence, on Nov. 27 in Lacey. She was released on a summons.
