Lacey Cops: Beachwood Man Had Waretown Warrant, Possessed Cocaine

A 36-year-old Beachwood man was arrested in Lacey on drug charges after he police discovered he had an outstanding warrant out of Waretown, police said.

According to Lacey police:

On Sunday, March 9, at 8:09 p.m., Special Officer Travis Horton conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of Walmart, 580 Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor, NJ. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, 36-year-old Scott M. Rosanio of Spray Avenue in Beachwood, NJ, on an outstanding Ocean Township (Waretown) traffic warrant in the amount of $250.

Upon arrest, Scott Rosanio was found to be in possession of Cocaine. Scott Rosanio was transported to police headquarters, processed, charged, and released after posting full bail on the Ocean Township warrant.

He was charged with Possession of CDS (Cocaine) and released pending a court date. Scott Rosanio received traffic summonses for Driving while Suspended, CDS in a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Exhibit Proof of Valid Insurance.
