Kayaks Stolen From Lacey Residence

Police are looking for a suspect connected to the thefts of two kayaks that were stolen from a Lacey residence Sunday

At 1:29 p.m., Officer Michael Eden responded to Arient Road in Forked River for a theft report. Mark Olivieri reported that an unknown person or persons stole two kayaks from his front yard between Friday and Sunday, police said.

One kayak was described as a yellow “Pelican” brand with green paint flecks valued at approximately $250. The other kayak was described as being a yellow “Ozark” brand kayak and is valued at approximately $200.

as far as the kayaks go ive had it! stay off my property get a job and buy your own stuff!

I live right down the street from where this happened. I feel bad but at the same time I dont. With how many things that get stolen in this town leaving 2 kayaks about 4 ft off the road and apparently not even secured to anything you gotta expect nothing less from the junkies in this town
