Jewelry, Laptops Stolen In OxFord Road Burglary


Lacey police are investigating a burglary in the Lanoka section of the township where numerous items were stolen, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Scott Keefe and Sergeant Paul Sullivan responded to 702 Oxford Road in Lanoka Harbor at 3:52 p.m. on April 23 to a burglary report, the chief said.

The homeowner told police that when she arrived home, she discovered that the house had been forcibly entered through a window. Jewelry, two laptops and other items were stolen, Paprota said.

The Lacey Township detective bureau responded to the scene and is investigating.
