Forked River Man Indicted in Boat Trailer Theft

Ocean County grand jury hands up indictments

A Forked River man has been indicted on a charge that he stole a boat trailer in Brick in November.

Domenick S. Latorre was indicted on a sole count of third-degree theft in the incident. He is accused of stealing a boat trailer belonging to John Mcerlean on Nov. 6 in Brick.
