Forked River Man Charged With Fradulent Use Of A Home Depot Credit Card

Stephen Kaplarczuk made over $575 in purchases at Home Depot over several months

A Forked River man was arrested for allegedly making fraudulent charges on another Lacey resident’s Home Depot credit card.

Stephen Kaplarczuk, 33, was arrested near his home on Center Street on Aug. 4 for allegedly using someone else’s credit card to make over $575 in purchases at the Home Depot in Lacey.

The victim reported discovering the unauthorized charges, which were made over several months, on Monday, July 25.

Police worked with the store’s staff and a suspect was developed.

Kaplarczuk was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. He was sent to Ocean County Jail with bail set at $20,000.
