Forked River Home Burglarized Today, $2,000 In Jewelry Stolen


Lacey police are asking for tips in connection with the burglary of a home in the 1000 block of Clifton Street today, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

The person or persons entered the home through an unlocked window between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. today and stole $2,000 worth of jewelry, the chief said.

Detective Brian Flynn along with the Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU) and a K-9 team from the Ocean County Sheriff's Department are on scene continuing the investigation, Paprota said.
