County Sheriff Reports Two Lacey Arrests in September

Sheriff's department recently released arrest information

The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office reported that 1004 arrests were made from Jan. 1 through Sept. 30.

During that timeframe, 39 fugitives from out of state were extradited to face charges in Ocean County. The office reported that 82 subjects were arrested in September, nine of which were outstanding child support arrears totaling $100,892.39.

The following were arrested from Lacey Township:

  • Amanda Naia, 20, of Forked River was arrested on Sept. 14 on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for allegedly violating probation on original charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She was processed and sent to Ocean County Jail with no option of bail.

Naia was previously arrested by the Sheriff's department in August also for allegedly failing to appear for violation of probation on original charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She also had two other warrants out of Toms River and Lacey totalling $850. She was processed and sent to the Ocean County Juvenile Detention Center with no option of bail.

  • Christopher Graham, 26, of Lanoka Harbor was arrested on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for allegedly failing to appear for a status conference on original charges of theft by deception. He was processed and sent to Ocean County Jail with bail set at $5,000.
