County Sheriff Reports Two Lacey Arrests in April

Sheriff's department recently released arrest information

Two Lacey residents were among 37 people listed in the April arrest blotter by the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, according to information recently released by Capt. Matthew Armstrong.

From January through April, the department made 426 arrests and extradited 24 fugitives from out of state to face charges in Ocean County.

Monday, April 23

Nicole Clark, 41, of Forked River was arrested by the Sheriff’s Detectives on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for allegedly failing to appear for a pre arraignment interview on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Clark was process, posted bail and released.

Richard M. Lobb, 42, of Lanoka Harbor was arrested by the Sheriff’s Detectives on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for allegedly failing to pay child support in the amount of $34,781.59. Lobb was processed and sent to the Ocean County Jail pending first appearance.
