County Sheriff Reports Three Lacey Arrests in October

Three Lacey residents were among the 99 arrested last month

Three Lacey residents were among the 99 people arrested in October by the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, according to information recently released.

From January through October, the department made 1,103 arrests and extradited 43 fugitives from out of state for charges in Ocean County.

Of those 99 arrested in September, 27 were outstanding child support arrears totaling $233,097.60 and four were fugitives.

Those arrested in Lacey were: 

Oct. 19
Sheriff’s detectives arrested Keith Cicerello, 40, of Forked River on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for allegedly failing to pay child support in the amount of $7,065. He was processed and sent to the Ocean County Jail pending first appearance.

Oct. 17
Christopher Cox, 23, of Forked River was arrested by Sheriff’s detectives on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $17,950. He was processed and sent to the Ocean County Jail pending first appearance. 

Oct. 15
Sheriff’s detectives arrested Douglas Burbol, 56, of Forked River on an Ocean County Superior Court Warrant for allegedly violating probation on original charges of eluding law enforcement officers. He was processed and sent to the county jail with no option of bail.
