Berkeley Police Investigating Recent Dunkin Donuts Burglary In Bayville

Burglary took place at 4 a.m. on Jan. 7


Police are looking for any information about the suspect who forced his way into the Dunkin Donuts on Route 9 in Bayville and stole money from the cash registers, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Patrolman Timothy Pizzella responded to the store at 4 a.m. on Jan. 7 on a report of a burglary. Store management told police that an unknown person had entered the store and taken the money, the chief said.

"Forced entry was used to gain access to the building," DiMichele said.
