Beachwood Woman Served Summonses and Drug-Related Charges
Warrant and shoplifting arrests; criminal mischief incidents
A Beachwood woman was arrested and received multiple summonses and criminal drug-related charges, police said.
Julie Knoeringer, 26, of Beachwood was arrested at approximately 2:45 a.m. July 6 after police were dispatched to Route 9 near Lacey Road on the report of a possible intoxicated driver, police said. Knoeringer’s vehicle was located stopped at a green traffic light.
Investigation led to Knoeringer’s arrest. She was charged with DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, obstructing traffic, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 16
Police responded to a home on Lawrence Drive concerning a dispute. While investigating the dispute, Blake Rini, 19, of Lanoka Harbor, who was at the home at the time, was discovered to have outstanding warrants — $439 and $643 out of Brick. Rini was taken into custody, transported to headquarters and eventually turned over to the Brick Township Police Department.

July 16
A Sunset Drive resident reported a Mongoose BMW bike valued at $120 was stolen off the property. The bike was left unsecured.
July 15
William Henry, 18, of Barnegat was detained by Walmart security for allegedly shoplifting a $16.96 basketball pump. Police responded and he was released on a summons.
July 15
A resident of Eagleswood Avenue in Lanoka Harbor reported that someone stole the mailbox. The mailbox was discovered heavily damaged in a nearby ditch.
July 14
Police reported to the Lacey Township Industrial Park where a storage trailer located within a secured fence was broken into. Approximately $350 of miscellaneous sheet metal and hand tools was stolen.
July 14
An officer responded to a home on Witcomb Road where the front driver’s side window of a vehicle was shattered. The driver’s side view mirror was also broken. There was $300 in damage.
July 12
A resident of Lawrence Drive in Lanoka Harbor reported that two large propellers valued at $4,000 were taken from the front lawn of the property. The propellers were being utilized as lawn ornaments.
July 11
A Maxim Drive resident reported that someone removed a decorative fruit tree out of the ground of the side of the home. Damage to the tree and grass surrounding it was estimated at $500.
July 11
Police responded to Parkside Drive in Forked River. A resident reported someone committed $300 worth of damage to a vehicle by someone punching a window.
