Authorities Investigating Second 'Suspicious' Death In Less Than A Week
Forked River man found dead in Leguene Avenue home
The call came in at 10:32 a.m. last Friday - an unresponsive male in a Leguene Avenue home.
Shortly after police officers arrived, 21-year-old Derrick Russell was pronounced dead at the scene, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.
Russell was the second person to die that day under 'suspicious' circumstances. Twenty-two-year old Megan Otte was found dead in a Yorktown Drive home later that same day.

Authorities have not determined the cause of both deaths, pending toxicological test results, Paprota said.
The Lacey Police Department is being assisted by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Office, and members of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department’s Criminalistics Investigation Unit.
