An 80-year-old Lacey woman charged with drunken driving after she was involved in a recent accident was not the only elderly person arrested at the scene.

Teresa Murray, 80, was charged with driving under the influence and was then transported to headquarters for processing after the Dec. 20 crash. She was then released after receiving traffic summonses for DUI, DUI refusal, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane, police said.

At 7:57 p.m., Officer Michael Verwey responded to the 400 block of Nautilus Boulevard in Forked River on a motor-vehicle accident report. A vehicle had struck an unoccupied parked vehicle, police said.
