Michael R. Sandella, 23, of Oak Hill Court, John M. Buchko Jr., 22, of Constitution Drive, and Rema Murrar, 22, of Center Street, all of Lacey Township, were indicted for having oxycodone near Lacey Township High School on June 30. Sandella is accused of having the drug with the intention of distributing the oxycodone and distributing it to Buchko and Miriam and Rema Murrar within 1,000 feet of the school.
Trevor W. May, 19, of Binnacle Road, Forked River, was indicted for having a stolen 8 HP Mercury outboard engine Sept. 29 in Lacey, and stealing coins and jewelry from a woman there Oct. 1.
