Robert Scott, 39, and Rebecca Scott, 31, both of Hemlock Drive, Lanoka Harbor, are accused of shoplifting two vacuums from Target in Brick on Nov. 30. Rebecca Scott was also accused of heroin possession.
Janine Mezger, 28, of Clairmore Avenue, Lanoka Harbor, was charged with forging and passing a check and a withdrawal slip on Aug. 4 and 5 at TD Bank in Manchester Township.
