3 Forked River Men Indicted on Charges of Robbing A Juvenile

Others indicted for burglary and drug charges

Three Forked River men are accused of , according to an Ocean County grand jury indictment.

Robert M. Donahue, 18, of Crestwood Rive; Sean J. Bradford, 29, of Yorktown Drive; and Christopher Moynihan, 21, of Fernwood Drive, are accused of robbing a minor identified only as G.D. on May 22, conspiring to rob him, and threatening to kill him and his family.

Bradford and Moynihan are in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $50,000 bail. Donohue is free on his own recognizance.

Bradford was previously arrested in March after he was allegedly caught . He was found to have two outstanding warrants, $750 and $350, issued by Waretown Court.

Trevor W. May, 20, of Binnacle Road, Forked River, for breaking into a house on Pheasant Hollow Drive in Lacey on Dec. 15 and stealing jewelry and Iraqi money. He is in the county jail in lieu of $40,000 bail.

May was most recently indicted in August for an and resisting arrest on June 6. He was also charged with having stolen steel rebar in Lacey on May 4, and stolen jewelry there on May 23.

May was arrested by the Lacey Police Department on June 7 and charged with after a home in Forked River was burglarized. On June 9, he was arrested for allegedly  and allegedly stealing over $4,700 in jewelry. In April, for having a stolen 8 HP Mercury outboard engine on Sept. 9 and for stealing coins and jewelry from a woman in Lacey on Oct. 1.

Ashley M. Cornelius, 20, of Hilltop Court, Lanoka Harbor; Julie A. Paterson, 21, of Park Avenue, Bayville; and Charles L. Scott, 41, of Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson, for having heroin and planning to distribute it May 10 in Lakewood. Mark A. Paine, 28, of Arbutus Avenue, Brick, is accused of having the drug at the same time.

Cornelius was previously arrested and c in May after officials obtained and executed a search warrant for a motel room. Police found approximately 300 bags of heroin and approximately $500 in cash.

Cornelius was brought to the Ocean County Jail where her bail was set at $25,000, with no ten percent option.

Anthony Brito, 18, of Bay Parkway, Waretown, for burglarizing six vehicles in Ship Bottom, stealing valuables from them, and having an illegal drug on April Fools Day. Brito is accused of stealing a credit card, 2 cameras, 2 Ipods, and two pairs of sunglasses. He is charged with using the stolen credit card on April 2 in Stafford, and having Skelatin in Waretown on May 24.
