The Storm Recovery Center is holding a free seminar on May 11, from 1-4 p.m. at the Forked River House, 121 S Main St #4 Forked River, NJ 08731 where people impacted by Sandy can obtain a free meal and information on insurance estimate analysis, ICC applications, mold remediation, Flood Zone mapping, alternative piling systems, home lifting, storm protection with a StormSmart design™, energy conservation, renewable energy technologies, various non-profit/volunteer organization information, finished project insurability and building to survive the next major storm. In addition to the Storm Recovery Center team of experts, representatives from Habitat for Humanity, United Way and the Ocean County Long-Term Recovery Group will be in attendance to answer questions and provide information.
