·      As State Grant money to Towns shrinks, it is getting harder for local politicians to find jobs for their family and friends.

·      Beginning in 2011 Most and Quinn asked the Lacey School Board to move money from the schools to the Municipal Budget.

·      The Schools did contribute some money to help the Town stay under the TAX CAP, but that was not enough for Quinn and Most.

·      Quinn wants to control that money and he wants to steer it away from educational purposes.

·      The only way to get the money is to control the School Board!

·      Quinn and Most are running three candidates for School Board: Donna McAvoy, Shawn Giordano and Josephine Whittleigh.

·      In the past 5 years the Township Municipal Budget, has increased by at a much greater rate then the school budget.   The township bonded vehicles, playgrounds, equipment and the employee salaries from the illegal furlough program.

Who are the Candidates?

·      Josephine Whittleigh is Gary Quinn’s personal secretary at his place of business.  Quinn is responsible for her income.

·      Shawn Giordano is a member of the Republican Club with aspirations of higher office.  Quinn and Most control future appointments.

·      Shawn Giordano’s children do not even attend Lacey Schools.

·      Donna McAvoy is a teacher with the Galloway Township School district who is a member of the Teacher’s Union and gets a salary of $79, 129.00 for a 10 month Job.

What are Quinn and Most’s intentions?

·      Gary Quinn’s wife is a Teacher in Lacey Township and earns $81,952 for a 10-month job.

·      Gary Quinn’s son is collecting a $51,336.00 disability pension from Ocean Township (Waretown) after a 4.5-year career.

·      Gary Quinn’s daughter is making  $44,321.00 as a clerk for Toms River Township.

·      Gary Quinn’s sister is a teacher making $81, 260.00 for a 10-month position.

·      Gary Quinn’s brother in law is collecting 81,260.00 working in the Lacey Township Municipal Building.

·      Gary Quinn’s future daughter-in-law is one of the newest employees in the Lacey Township Municipal building.

·      Dave Most’s wife is a teacher at the Pinelands Regional School district and earns $55,380.00 for a 10-month job.

·      Dave Most’s daughter just got her first public job in the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, which will pay $90,000.

There are running out of Money and Jobs in the Town and have discovered an untapped well in the schools.
