Jersey Schools gone wild!

It's 2am and I can't sleep because of the thunder storm out side. Rutgers University is about to start setting off ultrasonic blast off the coast of New Jersey.  Can you imagine how the marine life in the ocean will react to thirty solid days of sound waves blasts louder than thunder, every thirty seconds?  Most sea life do not hear they detect vibrations.
That's every thirty seconds for thirty days. That is just plain cruel. But here in Lacey, Rutgers University has sued Lacey projects for environment reasons?
What is wrong with the New Jersey education system?  Call Rutgers University tomorrow and let them know we live in a tourist community, trying to recoup from Hurricane's Sandy and Irene. Now the Jersey Shore economy is going to suffer the affects of a MANMADE DISASTER FROM A STATE FUNDED UNIVERSITY?
Call the students of Rutgers University, and let them know that their school is about to cause incredible damage to the migration and breeding cycles of the creatures of the ocean.
