Board of Education VOTE !!!!!

It is time for change! VOTE for McAvoy Giordano & Whitleigh. We need board members that can make fiscally responsible decsions not board members that have to abstain because they have family members that work for the district. Ms Downing's conflict: son-in-law teaches at the MS. Guess we know how he got his position! Mr Dodaro's wife is a secretary in the district. If he and Downing get in how will the board handle the next contract vote or better yet next Superintendent confirmation? Martenak and Schubiger have wives that work in the district - there will not be a quorum if Downing Palino & Dodaro get in. We all know what a horrible job the current board did selecting Brower! Mr Palino was part of that selection process. Downing and Palino were members of the board that vetted and selected Brower. They spent 4k of taxpayers dollars to "help" with the selection process - now we have no Superintendent and are stuck with paying benefits for the shamed Brower and the taxpayer must foot the additional $75 per day to: a principal with additional duties , a supervisor with add duties, pulled the Technogy teacher out of her classroom to make her interim supervisor and pay her additional $75 a day and hired a sub to replace her and had to pump up Dr Clark's salary for taking on the role of Acting Super. All this upheaval & extra taxpayer dollars spent based on decisions made by the current board. Mr Palino complained about the long unpaid hours board members have to put in - dont do it! In fact we welcome change the taxpayers do not want another historic tax increase! Go to the polls and vote in fiscal responsibility not complacency! VOTE McAvoy Giordano Whitleigh
