Lacey Lions American Youth Football and Cheer Open Registration

Open Registration for Boys ages (5-13) and Girls ages (5-15) who wish to participate in Weight/Age restricted Football and Cheerleading program. Participate in the Fastest Growing Youth Football/Cheer Program in the U.S. "The American Youth Football League".

Sign-ups Monday, April 28th 6:30-8:00pm at the Forked River Elementary School.

  • $200 per Child Tackle Football and Cheer plus $60 for 3 tickets for Fundraiser which you sell and keep the proceeds.
  • $250 per Family max plus $40 each for 2 tickets per each child for Fundraiser which you sell and keep the proceeds.
  • $75 Flag Football per child plus $60 for 3 tickets for Fundraiser which you sell and keep proceeds.  Additional child $25 each plus $40 for 2 tickets for each child for Fundraiser which you sell and keep proceeds.
  • No Parent Participation Deposit will be required
New Players should bring a copy of birth certificate, 3 proofs of residency and a small recent photo.
