Be Fit NJ is exit 74's new home for group fitness and fun. There is something for every member of the family on our Fall schedule.

We have assembled a top notch team of seasoned trainers including a military master fitness trainer, HANU Yoga Studio Owner who has also been a student of Yoga for over 25 years, CEO & Founder of Kid Zanity, a NJ Certified Teacher for Mommy & Me Pre-School Art and Sensational Sensory, highly motivated and uplifting Zumba, PIYO and Zumba Gold instructors as well as the owner of Be Fit NJ, Cheryl Armato, who has been an instructor for over 25 years and has countless hours of expertise and experience to help you reach and exceed your fitness goals.

FREE fitness sessions are being offered during our Grand Opening week.  Take any class on the schedule starting Saturday, September 22 through Saturday 28 and try us out.
